1. Lead the engineering team by providing the required skills and resources to achieve objectives.
2. Manage engineering projects to ensure that they are on time, on budget and in line with requirements.
3. Allocate manpower, time and budget resources effectively.
4. Keep abreast of the latest technology trends and maintain team competitiveness.
5. Promote cross-departmental cooperation and communication.
6. Maintain project quality standards and continuous improvement.
7. Assess and manage project risks to ensure successful completion.
