1.科技廠建廠專案或大型廠房、商辦等專案品管計畫編制及執行
2.與業主單位、承包商、設計/監造協調，討論及解決如工法、工序、檢驗標準等議題
3.品管統計分析、矯正與預防措施之提出及追蹤改善
4.品管組織管理。
