Job Description
- 依據海外經營策略，進行海外分子行之人力資源制度檢視，並提供諮詢服務及解決方案。
- 根據人力資源策略，進行全球專案之溝通及執行。
- 協助總行國際管理事業單位規劃與執行選、用、育、留等人力資源相關事宜。
Job Requirement
- 需具備日文聽說讀寫能力(JLPT N2以上)
- 人資相關工作經驗5年以上
