Business Card for Teams

Employee directory and business contact tracking

More than an electronic card. Business Card helps companies manage employee cards, then turn event, sales, and recruiting interactions into trackable contacts that can be followed up, handed over, and analyzed.

Why Business Card for companies

A card exchange is not the end. It is where a business relationship starts being tracked.

Company information should stay consistent

Company name, title, department, extension, address, and phone visibility should be managed by the company, so contacts do not receive outdated information.

Events and visits need follow-up

QR codes, NFC badge cards, and card pages make sharing easy, then create a foundation for exchange records, sources, and follow-up management.

Employee handover is the company difference

The value is not only the card page. Companies also need to deactivate former employees and keep important business contacts transferable.

Company card foundations you can launch first

Start with employee cards, directory, and QR / NFC sharing, so your team uses one consistent information system in customer-facing moments.

Employee Business Cards

Name, title, department, extension, email, phone, address, company website, and multilingual card pages.

Templates and Brand Consistency

Company templates, brand colors, photo display, QR display, default templates, and employee-level template choices.

Company Directory

Browse all employee cards by company, with search by name, title, department, email, phone, and extension.

Permissions and Privacy

Card visibility, mobile visibility, admin management, and deactivation for former employees.

Turn every interaction into a company asset

Favorites, exchanges, interaction records, and follow-up help events, sales visits, and recruiting conversations continue after the first page view.

01 Favorites and Card Exchange

Favorites are intentional actions. A true exchange happens after both sides interact; anonymous views stay as view counts.

02 Lead / Contact Management

Organize event, visit, and recruiting contacts into favorite lists, exchange lists, form leads, and trackable contact lists.

03 Deactivation and Handover

Deactivate former employee identities and transfer important customers or leads to managers or successors.

Best for these company scenarios

Built for teams that exchange contacts often and need follow-up, handover, and visibility after the interaction.

Events & Exhibitions

Prepare employee cards, QR badge pages, and NFC badge cards before the event, then track contacts afterward.

Sales Teams

Share cards during visits, then plan sources, owners, notes, and follow-up status.

Recruiting Events

Let candidates save recruiting team cards, then extend into candidate lists, event sources, and owner tracking.

Retail & Service Teams

Unify employee information, extensions, locations, and service entry points so customers reach the right person.

Track what happens after a card is shared

Teams can review card views, saves, exchange intent, and follow-up status first, then expand source analytics and integrations when needed.

Interaction and Source Tracking

Views, favorites, and exchange intent can be recorded. QR / NFC / link sources, email / phone / website clicks, and vCard downloads can be expanded when needed.

Follow-up Status

New, To Follow Up, Contacted, Replied, Qualified, Converted, and Archived contact states.

Team Dashboard

Views, favorites, exchange intent, and contacts to follow up help managers see which cards are creating activity.

CRM / ATS / LINE OA Integrations

CSV / Excel export, CRM, ATS, or LINE OA workflows can be set up around your team's process.

See how company cards can look

Choose a formal employee card style, or a branded card style with stronger visual direction. Card pages, directory, and badge pages can work together.

Estimate company setup cost first

Estimate the Business Card system by team size first. Physical cards are optional; add NFC badge cards when you need employee badges, event credentials, or physical card sharing.

What to prepare before launch Company logo, company details, employee list, titles, departments, extensions, and fields to show.
NFC badge cards and access control If your company already uses Soyal or another access control system, we should confirm reader frequency, card format, UID / card number rules, and admin permissions first. Business Card links the same card to the employee card page; door access remains managed by your existing access control system.
Estimated Cost
NT$ 12,800

Includes employee cards, company directory, QR badge pages, and basic visibility settings for up to 10 people.

    Ask About This Estimate

Maintenance includes card pages, company directory, QR badge pages, and basic information updates. Advanced tracking, dashboard, CRM / ATS / LINE OA integrations, and custom workflows are scoped separately.

How daily employee changes are handled

After launch, adding or deactivating employees follows a repeatable workflow, so the company does not need to redesign the card system every time.

    Add an Employee

Send name, title, department, email, phone, and extension. We apply the company template and write NFC only when a physical badge card is needed.

    Update Information

Title, department, extension, address, and mobile visibility can be updated directly without reprinting QR codes or changing the card URL.

    Deactivate Former Employees

Deactivate the employee business card so external contacts do not keep reaching outdated company information.

    Handover Contacts

If the employee has saved, exchanged, or follow-up contacts, company admins can review and assign them to a manager or successor.
