For organizers who want better event networking

Before the event begins,
help participants prepare to meet one another

Registration tells you how many people may attend, not whether they are ready to connect. HuntByte pairs a digital-card task with HuntCard sponsorship, giving participants a reason to prepare while organizers gain pre-event visibility, simpler on-site fulfillment, and outcomes they can review afterward.

Why organizers use HuntByte

Connect registration, networking preparation, and sponsored fulfillment in one journey

Digital business cards, NFC HuntCards, account verification, and event tools work together, so organizers do not have to reconcile forms, spreadsheets, and paper lists.

A common event gap

Attendance does not guarantee meaningful interaction

Participants often decide how to introduce themselves only after arriving. Organizers cannot easily see who is prepared, who should receive an item, or what outcome remains after the event.

With HuntByte in the flow

One clear task drives pre-event preparation

Participants complete a digital card and may opt into the event guest card wall. Organizers track readiness, help networking begin before the event, and use an on-site fulfillment tool to complete the handoff.

Improve pre-event readiness

Completing a digital card becomes a clear next step. Organizers can see joining, verification, and completion progress, then remind participants who still have work to do.

Help guests discover one another early

Events can allow open joining by link. Participants who choose to share appear on the event guest card wall, where attendees can browse backgrounds and exchange HuntByte cards before or during the event.

Reduce on-site fulfillment work

HuntByte provides a mobile fulfillment tool. Organizer staff scan the participant’s digital-card QR code to see what to provide and record the handoff.

Keep outcomes you can communicate

The dashboard consolidates invitations, joins, qualification, fulfillment, and activation for internal review, community updates, and partner reporting.

How the partnership works

Keep your current registration tool and add HuntByte at the right moments

Your ticketing, registration, and general check-in tools stay in place. After approval, add the dedicated HuntByte entry to the communication channels you already use.

01

Submit a partnership request

Share the date, event goal, audience, and expected scale, then confirm sponsored capacity and responsibilities.

02

Add the dedicated entry to event communication

HuntByte creates the event page, guest card wall, and organizer dashboard. Organizers add the link to registration emails, groups, or email invitations.

03

Track readiness in the dashboard

Organizers follow joining and completion. At the deadline, the qualified roster is finalized and the required HuntCards ship to the organizer.

04

Use the tool for on-site fulfillment

Organizer staff scan digital cards with a phone to complete fulfillment, then review the full results after the event.

Your existing registration, ticketing, and general check-in tools stay in place. HuntByte starts after registration and focuses on participant preparation, sponsorship eligibility, and on-site fulfillment.

Agree on responsibilities first

Know what you contribute and what HuntByte delivers

We confirm timing after approval and align responsibilities before the event begins, so the organizer team understands the workflow before going on site.

The organizer provides

  • A pre-event announcement and participant guidance through registration emails, groups, or the event page.
  • HuntCard shipping details and event staff who can confirm eligibility and hand over cards on site.
  • One results post, publicly usable event photos, and two or three sentences of organizer feedback within one week. View an example

HuntByte provides

  • Tools the organizer can use: a dedicated entry, QR code, invitations, progress dashboard, and on-site fulfillment confirmation.
  • Qualification finalization at the deadline, plus the required HuntCards and 2% spare stock.
  • An outcome dashboard covering participant completion, on-site fulfillment, and later activation.
Why HuntByte sponsors events

Organizers gain a stronger networking journey; HuntByte gains real product use

HuntByte benefits when relevant participants create and use digital cards and HuntCards, discover a product they may keep using, and generate completion and activation signals that help improve the service. That is why we exchange cards, event tools, and operational support for partnership visibility and outcome content.

What participants actually receive

A digital business card they can keep updating, plus the benefit determined by their account

Participants organize their introduction, expertise, and contact details first. Once qualified, the system determines whether the account receives a HuntCard or the existing-cardholder plan—no on-site choice is required.

An updateable digital business card

Bring an introduction, expertise, career direction, and social links together on one page that remains useful after the event.

New cardholders receive a HuntCard

Tap an NFC-enabled phone to open the digital card. Future content updates do not require a replacement physical card.

Existing cardholders receive 90-day AI access

Accounts that already own a HuntCard receive 15 AI credits valid for 90 days, avoiding duplicate physical cards.

Participant eligibility

New and existing members can both join

  • Verify email and mobile
  • Create a public digital business card
  • Write 50 Chinese characters or 30 English words
  • Remain within the event capacity at the deadline

Qualified participants without an active HuntCard or a previous sponsored card enter physical-card fulfillment. Existing cardholders receive the 90-day AI plan after benefit redemption. The available benefit is determined by account status and cannot be selected or transferred.

Trackable partnership outcomes

Review real numbers from invitation through activation

  • Invitation roster, delivery results, and failed-message retries
  • Joined participants, new event members, and existing members
  • Completed digital cards and finalized qualified participants
  • Card quantity, 2% spare stock, and shipping progress
  • HuntCard fulfillment, AI access, and later HuntCard activation

Post-event deliverable example

A reusable set of outcome content—not a long report

The numbers and wording below are examples. Final content should use the actual dashboard results and the organizer’s own voice.

01 · Results post

One post that explains what changed

“Eighty participants joined this event, 56 completed a digital business card before the deadline, and 52 on-site handoffs were completed. Thanks to HuntByte, people prepared their introductions before meeting and could keep those connections going afterward.”
02 · Event photos

Three to five photos cleared for public use

  • Event key visual or wide venue view
  • Participants networking or using digital cards
  • Staff using the on-site fulfillment tool
03 · Organizer feedback

Two or three sentences of genuine observation

“The dashboard showed readiness before the event, and staff did not need to reconcile a paper roster on site. For a networking-focused event, the experience was much more complete than simply handing out merchandise.”
