2. AI Professional Photos:

1. When you choose to use AI Professional Photos, we collect the reference photo you upload to generate a 1000×1000 professional portrait and let you preview, apply, and manage the result.
2. To provide generation, we may send the necessary reference photo and fixed generation instructions to a contracted third-party image-generation provider. Processing may occur outside Taiwan. Users cannot submit free-form prompts; the feature uses only predefined professional-photo styles.
3. Original uploads and un-applied candidates are retained privately for the period stated in the feature interface (currently 30 days by default for original uploads and 365 days for AI-generated candidates). Only you can access them through the authenticated feature, and you can immediately delete private source and candidate photos at any time.
4. Photos you apply to a digital card are displayed according to that card's visibility settings and are retained until you replace or delete them. Do not upload photos of another person, unauthorized images, or images containing another person's personal data.

3. AI Interview Coach and Data Export:

1. When you use the AI Interview Coach while signed in, interview questions, submitted answers, coaching feedback, and the final report are stored privately in your account until you delete the record or your account.
2. You can export saved interview records, private AI photo files that remain within their retention period, AI usage, purchases, and the credit ledger from the AI usage center. The export contains private data and should be stored securely.
3. After you delete AI output, we may retain order, credit-ledger, and lifecycle audit records that do not contain interview answers or photo content for the period necessary to meet transaction, accounting, security, and dispute-resolution obligations.
