This fixed sample does not call AI and will not be presented as your result.
We created a first draft. Focus on what you personally did and what changed. Never invent a number just to make the story sound stronger.
Start with a real quality improvement, feedback, or solved problem. Your results will show which evidence to add without inventing experience.

What is STAR? STAR is a way to organize one experience into its situation, task, action, and result.
When should you use it? Use it to write achievement-focused resume statements or answer interview questions such as “Tell me about a time you solved a problem, worked with a team, or demonstrated leadership.”
Why use STAR? Saying only “I managed social media” or “I joined a project” does not show what you can do. STAR connects the context, responsibility, action, and result so your resume is more specific, your interview answer is easier to follow, and your contribution is clear.
STAR is not a script to memorize. It simply helps you cover the four things employers want to know:
What was happening, and what problem did you face?
What were you responsible for achieving?
What decisions and actions did you personally take?
What metric, feedback, or improvement followed?
Your first draft does not need to be complete. The tool will guide you through the missing details.
