【Key Responsibilities】
● Market Expansion & Business Growth
○ Responsible for sales in the Philippines; steer local market positioning, channel expansion, and product sales management to drive continuous revenue growth and achieve operational sales targets.
● Strategic Sales Planning
○ Formulate long-term sales strategies, annual strategic plans, and performance metrics (KPIs) for the Philippines market, while fully overseeing the execution progress and effectiveness of export projects.
● Executive Decision Support
○ Participate in the planning of the company's core sales objectives, assist executive management in establishing and optimizing overseas sales policies and systems, and take full ownership of their implementation.
● Market Intelligence & Competitive Advantage
○ Identify and capture customer needs proactively; establish a comprehensive market and competitor intelligence network to provide data-driven insights for corporate decision-making.
● Cross-Border Communication & Regular Reporting
○ Conduct bi-weekly progress updates to headquarters, reporting on market dynamics, sales pipelines, and project performance to ensure seamless alignment between local and corporate teams.
【Requirements & Qualifications】
● Education & Language Skills
○ Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, International Trade, MBA, or a related field.
○ Fluent in business English (written and spoken); proficiency in Mandarin is a strong plus.
● Industry & Practical Experience
○ 5 to 10 years of experience in large-scale B2B / Key Account Management (KAM).
○ Prior experience collaborating with Renewable Energy (Wind/Solar), the National Grid Corporation of the Philippines (NGCP), or Power Utilities is highly preferred.
● Core Professional Competencies
○ Deep understanding of international trade practices and the local business environment in the Philippines.
○ Sharp market insights with a proven track record and strong expertise in channel development and distribution network establishment.
● Leadership & Execution Excellence
○ Exceptional strategic execution abilities and high stress tolerance.
○ Excellent cross-cultural communication skills, with the ability to lead a team through dynamic market environments and consistently deliver organizational goals.
