職缺描述
1. 負責企業級容器化平台（如 Kubernetes 或 OpenShift）的日常管理與維護，涵蓋環境部署、系統升級及異常排查等工作。
2. 具備使用現代化監控與日誌分析工具（如 Prometheus、Grafana、ELK/EFK）進行系統觀測與效能分析的能力。
3. 熟悉撰寫自動化腳本與設定管理流程，常用工具如 Ansible、Python 等。
4. 精通 Linux 環境操作，並理解基礎與進階網路原理與設定。
5. 對雲端原生技術具備深入探索與問題解決的興趣與能力。
職缺需求
1. 有實際操作 Docker 或 Podman 進行容器建構與部署，並具備使用 Ansible 實作自動化流程與將應用部署至 Kubernetes 的經驗。
2. 理解並運用持續整合與持續部署（CI/CD）流程，熟悉相關工具，如 Jenkins 或 GitHub Actions。
3. 熟練至少一種以上通用程式語言，如 Python、Shell、NodeJS 或 Java 等。
4. 能操作 Linux 與 Windows 系統，並對 Layer 2 至 Layer 4 網路協定有實務經驗。
5. 有獨立規劃與維護 Kubernetes 平台的經驗者優先。
6. 已取得 CNCF 認證如 CKA 或 CKAD 為佳。
