職缺描述

1. Evaluate loan applications and assess the creditworthiness of clients to identify potential risks.
2. Develop and implement risk assessment frameworks and policies for loan products.
3. Monitor and analyze the performance of loan portfolios to identify trends and potential risks.
4. Collaborate with the lending team to establish risk controls and recommend adjustments as necessary.
5. Prepare reports on risk assessments and present findings to management for informed decision-making.

職缺需求

1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Risk Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Communicable in Mandarin.
2. Over 5 years of experience in loan risk control or financial risk management.
3. Strong knowledge of lending practices and the ability to identify high-risk clients.
4. Excellent analytical skills to assess risk and develop mitigation strategies.
5. Strong communication skills to effectively convey risk assessments and recommendations.
