【Key Responsibilities】
● Market Development & Channel Expansion
○ Responsible for developing the Australia market, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and expanding local sales channels to grow the company's transformer product footprint.
● Customer Acquisition & Account Management
○ Proactively identify and engage potential customers while nurturing long-term relationships with existing accounts to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.
● Market Intelligence & Competitive Monitoring
○ Gather and analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor dynamics; provide timely insights to support internal decision-making and product positioning.
● Sales Operations Support
○ Assist in preparing quotations, processing orders, and tracking shipment progress to ensure smooth end-to-end sales execution and on-time delivery.
● On-Site Presence & Regional Coverage
○ Based in Australia on a long-term basis; manage day-to-day client engagement and local operations with regular reporting to headquarters.
● Ad Hoc Tasks
○ Support additional responsibilities as assigned by supervisors in line with business needs.
【Requirements & Qualifications】
● Education
○ Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
● Experience
○ 2 to 5 years of B2B sales or technical sales experience, preferably in industrial equipment, power systems, or related sectors.
○ Prior experience in the Australian market is a plus.
● Core Competencies
○ Solid understanding of transformer products or heavy electrical equipment is preferred.
○ Strong customer-facing skills with the ability to manage the full sales cycle independently.
○ Familiarity with Australian business practices and regulatory environment is an advantage.
● Personal Attributes
○ Self-motivated and results-driven with strong organizational skills.
○ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills suitable for a cross-cultural work environment.
○ Willingness to relocate and be stationed in Australia long-term.
