工作內容及職責：
1. 合成途徑的搜尋、設計和製程優化
2. 有機合成的實驗設計和執行
3. 文獻的查閱和圖譜解析；以及在規定的時間內提交化合物
4. 解決實驗中出現的問題，對於無法解決的問題，能即時回報、討論與解決
5. 完成小批量（毫克級）至較大批量（幾十克級）化學合成反應
6. 中間體或原料藥的委託合成和製造廠商的評估選擇
7. 撰寫實驗記錄、實驗報告書和批次製程書
8. 藥物不純物或代謝物的結構判斷及合成
9. 藥物GMP製程的評估、設計和文件撰寫
10.完成部門主管交代的其他任務。
Process Chemist Associate Investigator /or Investigator
AnHorn Medicines is a rising drug discovery company focus on protein degraders and small molecular inhibitors targeting cancer, neurodegeneration, and aging-related diseases. We are seeking a qualified, highly motivated individual for the position of Medicinal Chemistry Assistant/or Associate Investigator. The successful candidates will work in teams carry out experimental design & execution of organic reaction, troubleshooting independently, and can adapt to the ongoing Medicinal Chemistry team. The person should be motivated to contribute intellectually in a dynamic team environment.
Duties:
1. Synthetic route scouting, design and process optimization
2. Experimental design and execution
3. Literature review and analysis; and submit compounds in a timely manner
4. Trouble shouting of experiments
5. Handle synthesis reactions from milligrams up to tens of grams
6. Evaluate and select suitable manufacturers for API and its intermediates
7. Prepare experimental records, experimental reports and batch records
8. Identify and synthesize drug impurities or metabolites
9. Evaluate, design and prepare the processes for GMP manufacture
10. Complete other tasks assigned by the department head.
職缺需求
任職要求：
1. 有機化學、藥物化學、製藥工程等相關專業，大學或以上學歷
2. 碩士或博士學位，有機合成3~5年實驗室工作經驗
3. 能夠設計和進行多步驟有機合成反應，並且熟練地完成化學反應
4. 具有扎實的有機化學、有機反應理論知識，實驗操作熟練
5. 工作認真主動、態度積極和責任心，有獨自解決問題能力
6. 善於溝通，有良好的團隊精神和協調能力
7. 熱愛有機合成和藥物研發工作，有較強的學習意願和學習能力
8. 熟悉有機合成條件選擇及化合物分離方法（例如MPLC，HPLC）
9. 熟悉NMR、MS、LC/MS、IR及其光譜判讀。
10.良好的表達、寫作和組織能力。
Requirements:
• MS or Ph.D. in organic or medicinal chemistry with 1~5 year relevant experience.
• Excellent synthetic skills and a solid knowledge of modern separation methods (e.g., MPLC, HPLC) and characterization techniques (e.g., NMR, MS, LC/MS, GC/MS & IR).
• Experience in the synthesis of complex organic molecules using traditional carbocyclic and heterocyclic chemistry, and modern synthetic methodologies.
• Good presentation skills and communication skills in synthetic organic concepts.
• Self-motivation and ability to work as a collaborative team member are essential.
• Excellent communication, writing and organizational skills.
