You can manage who may view your resume from your dashboard at any time. You may also withdraw access or request that your data be deleted.

HuntByte uses different pricing models for different member roles, so job seekers, recruiters, and employers can begin using the platform before choosing advanced services as needed.

• Job seekers: Registration, resume creation, and job applications are free.
• Recruiters: Registration and qualification verification are free. After approval, you can work on assignments through the platform. Service fees depend on the cooperation plan and will be explained by a HuntByte consultant.
• Employers: The trial plan includes up to three commission-free job posts. You can upgrade your plan for more job-posting capacity, a lower minimum commission rate, or other advanced features.

HuntByte is a talent-matching platform that helps job seekers, employers, and recruiting partners manage recruitment more efficiently. Each role can complete the work it needs on the same platform, from talent matching to recruitment management.
Features available to each role include:

• Job seekers: Create a resume, browse jobs, and apply for free. Track application progress and arrange follow-up interviews based on the employer's process.
• Employers: Publish jobs, search for talent, and use the platform to connect with suitable recruiting resources. Employers with priority hiring needs can also work with participating recruiters.
• Recruiters: After qualification verification, take on employer assignments and recommend suitable candidates. Focus on matching and recruitment services without having to develop employer clients independently.

Before publishing a job, you need to create a company page. The process has two steps:

Create a company page: After registering, open Company and Jobs from your dashboard. The first time you use it, enter your company information, such as the company name, industry, and size, and submit it to create the page.
Create and publish a job: After creating the company page, enter the job details, including the title, salary, and commission settings, and publish the job.

HuntByte reviews company and job information when it is first submitted and whenever it is edited to ensure compliance with employment-service regulations. Reviews are completed within two business days.

Recruiter matching is an optional HuntByte service. You can match with a recruiter you trust, who can watch for suitable opportunities, submit applications on your behalf, and help communicate with employers about interviews and next steps. It is like having someone familiar with the market support your job search, free of charge.
When you want to use the service, browse the recruiter directory and choose based on each recruiter's public experience, specialties, and reviews. HuntByte can also recommend recruiters based on your skills and experience. The match is complete after both sides agree.
You may continue applying for jobs normally without recruiter matching, and none of your job-search features will be affected.

No. Resume creation, job applications, and recruiter matching are all free for job seekers. HuntByte will not deduct any fees from your salary after you are hired.

Whether you are trying recruiter services for the first time or already work with recruitment agencies, HuntByte can reduce the cost and effort of managing those relationships:

• One agreement for all platform recruiters: There is no need to evaluate and sign a separate agreement with each recruiter. After registering, you can work with any verified professional recruiter on the platform. Contact is free, and commission is due only after a successful hire completes the guarantee period.
• You control the commission: Set different commission rates based on the urgency and seniority of each job. More competitive rates encourage recruiters to prioritize your openings.

HuntByte uses a dynamic commission model. When creating a job, you may set the commission rate above your plan's minimum based on factors such as urgency and seniority.
Commission amount = annual salary for the job × commission rate. For example, an annual salary of NT$1,000,000 at a 25% commission rate results in a commission of NT$250,000. Commission is charged only after the candidate starts work and completes the guarantee period. More competitive commission settings encourage recruiters to prioritize your opening.

After your job is published, recruiters on the platform can recommend candidates for it. Recommended resumes appear under Received Applications in your dashboard, and you will also receive a notification.

The job itself is the key to receiving high-quality applications. Complete job information, a competitive salary range, and an attractive commission setting encourage more recruiters to recommend suitable candidates.

No. Contacting and speaking with any recruiter on the platform is free. HuntByte also prepares the agreement and payment services needed by both sides to make cooperation more secure.

The only payment required is the service commission calculated from the job's selected rate after the candidate starts work.

After registering and verifying your mobile number and email address, open Recruiter Services in your dashboard and select Apply for Recruiter Qualification. Complete the form and upload documents based on your situation:

• You work for a recruitment or human-resources company: Select I already have employment-service qualifications and upload proof of employment or a business card.
• You hold a Level B Employment Services Technician certificate: Select I have an employment-service certificate, provide the certificate, and sign the recruiter appointment agreement.
• You do not hold a certificate but have a recruitment background: Select Help me obtain employment-service qualifications. HuntByte will assist with the qualification process, and you will sign an employment-service appointment agreement.

The application takes about five minutes. HuntByte will review and contact you within three business days. After approval, you can browse all available jobs and begin taking assignments.

HuntByte helps independent recruiters with four of the most time-consuming parts of the job:

1. Candidate sourcing: Quickly expand the number of candidates you can work with.
2. Employer relationships: Begin working with multiple employers without going through separate evaluation processes or signing many individual agreements.
3. Payments and documentation: HuntByte helps coordinate payments and the related documentation between you and employers.
4. Qualification support: Receive assistance with employment-service qualifications so you can work with confidence.

After HuntByte approves your recruiter qualification, you can submit candidates for any job on the platform. Resumes can come from three sources:

1. Job seekers who have matched with you.
2. Candidates whose resumes you create with their consent.
3. Job seekers to whom you send a matching request.

After receiving recruiter status, you can contact candidates whose profiles are open to search through HuntByte's messaging feature. A candidate's full contact information is available only after that person grants permission.

If another recruiter created the resume, contact the creator to discuss the next step in working together.

A Profile Card is a public card page created and managed by an individual. It can include contact details, company information, social profiles, and custom links. Business Card is managed by a company and adds employee card administration, a company directory, permissions, and contact handover. See Business Card features for team use.

After signing in, open Profile Card Management to add or update your name, role, company, contact details, introduction, photo, and links. Your existing Profile Card URL and QR Code will show the latest saved information, so you do not need to share them again.

No. Anyone can open the Profile Card in a phone or desktop browser. A HuntByte account is only required when the viewer wants to save the Profile Card to HuntByte or use member features.
