All FAQs

How can I share my Profile Card?

You can share the Profile Card URL or QR Code, or use a Hunt Card to open it with NFC. Profile Card owners can also add their own card to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet for quick access.

How do I add my Profile Card to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet?

Open the menu on your own Profile Card, choose Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, and follow the instructions. Your public Profile Card page shows saved changes immediately. To update the name, role, or contact details shown on the Wallet card itself, add or download the Wallet card again.

What information appears on my public Profile Card?

Your Profile Card shows the name, role, company, contact details, introduction, photo, and links you save. Empty fields do not appear. Only add information you are comfortable sharing publicly, and return to Profile Card Management whenever you need to update it.

Which Profile Card interactions are tracked?

Insights can show views, saves, returned cards, and actions such as email, phone, external link, and add-to-contacts clicks. Actions performed by the card owner are excluded from these interaction totals.

Can I see who clicked my phone, email, or external links?

If the visitor is signed in to HuntByte, the interaction can be associated with that member. Anonymous actions still contribute to the total, but they do not include an identifiable member account.

How can someone save my Profile Card or add me to their contacts?

A signed-in HuntByte member can save your Profile Card and reopen it from Saved Items. Viewers can also use Add to Contacts to download your contact details without saving the Profile Card first.

Can I scan physical business cards into HuntByte?

Yes. Use Scan Physical Cards to capture the front or back of a card. HuntByte helps identify the name, company, role, and contact details; after reviewing them, you can save and manage the contact in Saved Items.
