At Rapid Novor, we focus on the building blocks of life: proteins. Genomic technologies have had a profound impact, however the proteome is the real cellular machinery and it has become clear that a protein centric approach will be pivotal to the next decade of breakthroughs in precision medicine and immunotherapy. Antibodies help the immune system fight diseases, and they have immense utility in diagnostics and therapeutics. As they are constantly evolving, they are difficult to study and control without direct insight into the protein sequence, structure and other characteristics. At Rapid Novor, we are committed to helping people understand the immune system by directly accessing the functional, circulating proteins.

Rapid Novor began in 2015, as three people’s vision to advance life science for better human health. Since then we have commercialized groundbreaking software and chemistry for Monoclonal Antibody Sequencing and Polyclonal Antibody Sequencing. We are the largest privately-funded mass spectrometry proteomics facility in Canada, we have grown a team of over 50 employees and have completed thousands of projects.

Building upon 20 years of Co-Founder and Chief Scientist Dr. Bin Ma’s scientific research and inventions, Rapid Novor’s team continues to push protein sequencing boundaries. Our team comprises world-leading experts in protein chemistry, mass spectrometry and bioinformatics. We constantly innovate and create breakthrough technologies to advance life science. We are committed to reliability throughout everything we do.
