Job Description:
• We're seeking an experienced and highly motivated Web3 enthusiast to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in web3 and the technology field, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. Being a senior sales and business leader, we expect the person to deliver sales results and overcome difficulties to help the customer succeed.
• Understanding the cloud business or software industry is highly preferred. Passion for web3 and emerging technologies is a must. Our team works fully remotely, and we believe this is the right way to drive results. This position requires travel to meet potential clients and the team at some point.
• Every individual on our team is a fast adopter, self-motivated, result-oriented, and possesses excellent communication skills. We would love to work with the same style of talent to drive greater results with us and bring more success to our clients and partners.
Responsibilities:
• Develop account planning strategies to acquire new customers and strong deal close capabilities.
• Maintain existing customer relationships and deliver business outcome
• Great experience in engaging with C-level, technical teams to propose tailored solutions and upsell additional services.
• Collaborate with the solution vendor and partner becoming a growth engine to scale the business, generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
• Nurture relationships with venture capital, customers, solution partners and cloud reseller partner to enlarge the ecosystem
• Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in Web3 or the technology field.
• Understanding of the cloud business or software industry is highly preferred.
• Highly passionate about web3 and emerging technologies.
• Professional-level proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
• Comfortable working remotely and able to self-organize and self-discipline.
• Fast learner with a result-oriented mindset.
• Strong communication skills and ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
