職缺描述

Report to the Bid Manager, the Project Development Manager is responsible for the quality of all aspects of the tender proposal, including but not limited.
▪ Coordinate with all project team members to ensure effective progress and provide professional output throughout the tender preparation period.
▪ Establish and maintain a work program to ensure the tendering work is being well organized.
▪ Communicate with project client and its representative(s) to collect all necessary information for the tender.
▪ Understand all the tender requirements as set out by the client and its representative. Ensure all elements of the tender requirements being addressed in the tender submission.
▪ Identify risks in association to the tender
▪ Provide advice in the management of the tender
▪ Understand, analyze, and manage technical and financial issues.
▪ Work with expertise from the group (e.g. the proposal team in Paris etc.), external consultants, suppliers, lawyers, and other stakeholders to complete the tender proposal with professional quality.
▪ Contribute to Client’s/ partners presentation and negotiation upon request of Business Development team or Proposal Manager.

職缺需求

▪ Above 5 years of relevant experience in project engineering preferably with experience in water, wastewater, solid waste projects.
▪ Familiar with Taiwan government department tendering procedures, familiar with dealing with related government divisions and local consultants. Experience in working for integrated joint venture for bid in Taiwan will be a plus.
▪ Fluent in both written and speaking English and Chinese.
▪ Independent, good team player with strong tendering & communication skills.
