As a legal specialist, you will safeguard our reputation by guaranteeing that the company strictly follows guidelines and give legal advice to management about all relevant issues.
What you’ll do:
1. Research and evaluate different risk factors regarding business decisions and operations
2. Draft and solidify agreements, Intellectual Property (trademark and patent), contracts, and other legal documents to ensure the company’s full legal rights
3. Communicate and negotiate with external parties on all legal matters
4. Provide accurate and timely counsel in a variety of legal topics
5. Apply effective risk management techniques and offer proactive advice on possible legal issues
6. Provide clarification on legal language or specifications to the company
7. Maintain current knowledge of legislative changes
8. Support daily operations and perform ad-hoc projects as directed
職缺需求
Nice if you have:
1. 3-5 years of legal experience in reputable law firms and/or MNC (multinational companies); experience working with startup companies or in an entrepreneurial environment highly preferable
2. Excellent judgement and ability to analyze situations and information
3. Possessing the ability to create legal defensive or proactive strategies
4. Outstanding communication and organizational skills
5. Native/Bilingual in English and Chinese
6. Strong attention to details
7. Appreciation of new technology
8. Experience with M&A and litigation with US and/or Europe jurisdiction and regulation is highly preferable
