職缺描述

1. Serve as secretary to the president.
2. Manage the company’s HR operations.
3. Oversee corporate administration.
4. Handle company archives management.
5. Manage external liaison and public relations.
6. Assist the president in formulating and improving company rules and regulations.
7. Take minutes of company meetings.
8. Coordinate various company affairs.
9. Assist the president in reviewing legal affairs.
10. Assist the president in organizing and convening company meetings.
11. Support the president in preparing the annual budget.
12. Ensure confidentiality of company matters.
13. Perform other duties as assigned by the president.

職缺需求

1. Bachelor's degree, fluent in Mandarin.
2. Good moral character.
3. At least 5 years of professional secretarial experience.
4. Strong organizational and coordination skills.
5. Hardworking with a strong sense of responsibility.
6. Extroverted personality.
7. Comprehensive management ability.
8. Teamwork spirit and professionalism.
9. High ethical standards; strictly prohibited from accepting bribes.
10. Excellent organizational and coordination abilities.
