We are seeking a talented and driven Market Product Manager to join our product management team, with a focus on Ethernet switches. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing the market and product strategy for our Ethernet switch products. You will play a key role in ensuring the success of our Ethernet switch product line by working closely with cross-functional teams, including DPM, software RD, hardware RD, sales, Marketing, and Support.

Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute the market and product strategy for the Ethernet switch product line.
2. Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and trends, and to inform product roadmaps.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that product requirements are met and that products are launched on time.
4. Develop go-to-market strategies, including pricing, positioning, and promotional activities.
5. Work closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements and feedback, and to provide product training and support.
6. Develop and maintain product documentation, including datasheets, user manuals, and technical documentation.
7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors, and provide regular market and product updates to senior management.

職缺需求

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Knowledge of Ethernet switch technology and market trends.
3. Experience in conducting market research and analysis, and in developing and executing product and go-to-market strategies.
4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
6. Strong project management and organizational skills.
