We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our team as an Account Manager, Web3, Global Basis Business. The ideal candidate will bring strong client relationship skills, organizational capabilities, and a proactive mindset to support both internal operations and external client success. This role focuses on managing global accounts, supporting sales operations, ensuring smooth project execution, and acting as a bridge between our clients, partners, and internal teams.
• Manage day-to-day global client accounts, ensuring timely follow-ups and smooth communication.
• Work closely with the Sales Team to support sales operations, including pipeline tracking, finance checking, and account reporting.
• Maintain and expand strong customer relationships, focusing on long-term satisfaction and retention.
• Conduct market research and data analysis to support client projects and internal decision-making.
• Collaborate with internal teams to prepare proposals, reports, and tailored client solutions.
• Assist in coordinating with partners and vendors to ensure alignment and execution of joint initiatives.
• Take ownership of follow-up tasks and ensure accurate documentation of account activities.
• Minimum of 2–3 years of account management, sales support, or related experience in the technology or SaaS industry.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Professional-level proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
• Comfortable with global client communications and able to maintain positive long-term relationships.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and self-disciplined, with a strong sense of ownership.
• Passion for Web3, cloud, or emerging technologies is highly preferred.
