Job Description
Team Lead 主要負責團隊協調、任務執行及交付管理；技術架構與工程方向原則上由 Technical Lead 主導。
Job Requirement
- 有工程團隊帶領及交付經驗
- 能拆解 Roadmap、Sprint、Milestone及資源配置
- 能協調 Frontend、Backend、Blockchain 團隊之間的相依性
- 能追蹤進度、處理 Blocker並維持交付品質
- 具備足夠的 Web3 知識，能與技術團隊有效溝通
- 具備 Code Review、Mentoring及 Release Management 經驗
- 能在遠端、多職能團隊中推進專案
Other Conditions
需避免
- 純 Scrum Master 或非技術型 Project Manager
- 不懂 Web3 開發流程
- 只有管理經驗，無法判斷工程交付品質
