Job Description
Technical Lead 是最高技術決策角色，主要負責技術架構、技術優先順序及工程決策。重大產品或商業決策仍由公司／產品管理層決定。
Job Requirement
● 6 年以上 Software Engineering 經驗
● 曾擔任 Technical Lead、Staff Engineer、Principal Engineer或類似角色
● 具備實際帶領 Frontend、Backend、Web3 工程師的經驗
● 熟悉 TypeScript、React、Node.js 及現代 Web Architecture
● 能規劃 UI、API、Database 與 Blockchain 的完整資料流
● 熟悉 Authentication、Authorization、API Security及 distributed systems
● 具備 Ethereum／Polygon／EVM 實務經驗
● 能做 Architecture Decision、Code Review、Mentoring及風險管理
● 必須仍能 hands-on，不是只做行政管理的主管
