Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate recruiter with exceptional English interviewing skills to join our team! If you're skilled in international talent headhunting and recruitment, and you can help us discover and hire top-tier global talent, then this is the perfect opportunity for you!
As our HR specialist, you will be responsible for leading the entire English interview process and helping us continuously expand our global talent network.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead the entire English interview process, including phone and in-person interviews, to help us find the right talent!
2. Collaborate closely with various departments to analyze talent needs and provide professional interview advice and assessments.
3. "Capture" potential talent on LinkedIn, and effectively use LinkedIn ads to attract outstanding candidates.
4. Oversee the entire recruitment process, from talent sourcing to position fulfillment, ensuring a flawless recruitment experience.
5. Work closely with teams and managers to design precise interview processes and questions for different positions.
6. Assist in tracking the performance of new employees and participate in talent development plans to ensure they succeed within the company.
Job Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree or above.
Experience: At least 2 years of relevant HR experience, with a strong background in conducting English interviews.
Language Skills: Fluent in both spoken and written English, with the ability to confidently communicate with global talent.
Skills: Proficient in using LinkedIn and other social media for talent sourcing.
Bonus Qualifications

2. Skilled in data-driven recruitment decision-making and reporting.
3. Experience in multinational companies or working with diverse cultural teams will be a huge advantage!
