【Key Responsibilities】
・Responsible for the overall architecture design and technical decision-making of the backend system for the AI solution "OneAI".
・Build and continuously improve infrastructure to reliably serve machine learning models.
・Serve as the technical lead for a development team (3–5 members), conducting code reviews and mentoring team members.
・Implement SRE (Site Reliability Engineering) practices and plan/executing initiatives to improve service reliability and performance.
【主要工作內容】
・負責 AI 解決方案「OneAI」的後端系統整體架構設計與技術決策
・建構能穩定提供機器學習模型服務的基礎設施，並持續優化改善
・擔任開發團隊（3〜5 名成員）的技術領導，進行程式碼審查及成員培育
・導入 SRE（Site Reliability Engineering）實務，提出並執行提升服務可靠性與效能的措施
職缺需求
【Must-Have Skills & Experience】
・5+ years of experience designing and developing web applications using Python (Django/FastAPI preferred).
・Experience in designing and maintaining databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, and Redis.
・Experience deploying and operating production environments on AWS or GCP (e.g., EC2, Cloud Run, Cloud Storage).
・Experience with log monitoring (e.g., Cloud Logging), alert design, and performance optimization.
・Experience using Docker for development environment setup and production deployment.
・1+ years of experience leading a small team or serving as a Tech Lead.
・Business-level English proficiency.
【必備技能與經驗 (Must-Have)】
・5 年以上使用 Python（Django / FastAPI 尤佳）進行 Web 應用程式設計與開發經驗
・PostgreSQL / MySQL / Redis 等資料庫設計、運維經驗
・AWS 或 GCP 上的生產環境建置與運維經驗（如 EC2、Cloud Run、Cloud Storage 等）
・日誌監控（Cloud Logging 等）、告警設計與效能優化經驗
・使用 Docker 進行開發環境建置與prod-deploy經驗
・1 年以上領導小型團隊或 Tech Lead 經驗
・商業等級的英文能力

・Experience with both Python and Golang development
・Experience deploying ML models (especially for image recognition) as APIs using TensorFlow or PyTorch
・Experience optimizing performance through caching strategy design and implementation
・Experience building monitoring environments using Prometheus, Grafana, etc.
・Japanese communication skills
