Job Description

1. 擔任社長秘書。Serve as secretary to the president
2. 負責公司人事管理。Hr management
3. 負責公司行政管理。Corporate administration
4. 負責公司檔案管理。Company archives management
5. 負責公司對外聯絡公共關系。External liaison Public relations
6. 配合社長制訂和完善公司規章制度。Assist president to formulate and improve
company rules and regulations
7. 負責公司會議記錄。Responsible minutes of company meetings
8. 負責公司各項事務協調工作。Responsible for the coordination of various affairs of the company.
9. 協助社長撿查審核公司各類法務事務。Assist the president to check and review
all kinds of legal affairs of the company
10. 協助社長組織召開召集公司會議。Assist the president to organize and convene
company meetings.
11. 協助社長制訂年度預決算。Assist the President in making annual budget
12. 做好公司保密工作。Confidentiality。
13. 社長臨時交辦的各項工作。Other duties as assigned by the president.

Job Requirement

1. 大學學歷，日語N2以上。Degree, Japanese N2
2. 品德優秀。Good moral character.
3. 5 年以上專業秘書工作經驗。At least 5 years professional secretarial experience.
4. 具有相應組織和協調能力。Ability to organize and coordinate.
5. 工作認真勤奮，有強力的責任感。Work hard, strong sense of responsibility.
6. 外向型個性。Extroverted personality.
7. 具有一定公司綜合管理能力。Comprehensive management ability.
8. 具有團隊合作精神和敬業精神。Team work spirit and professionalism.
9. 優良的職業操守，禁止收受賄賂。Good professional operator is forbidden to
accept bribes.
10.良好的組織能力和協調能力。Good organizational ability and coordination ability.
