品質檢驗員 -台南分公司
Job Description
主要職責：
執行台南分公司的日常品質檢查和品質檢驗操作，並協助品質主管維護ISO 9001系統、QAQC系統。
工作内容：
1. 焊接質量檢查和品質控制：
- 審查焊接程序。
- 驗證焊工和焊接工藝資格。
- 驗證焊接工作是否符合安全要求。
- 制定目視檢查程序並提供無損評估。
- 協助制訂檢驗計劃並實施檢驗計劃。
2. 進料及成品的品質檢驗和品質控制：
- 對進貨和成品進行品質檢驗，確保符合公司規範程序。
- 維持操作標準，並準備和維護相關記錄、文件和報告。
3. 協助品質保證暨ISO9001質量管理體系之維護：
- 在外部稽核期間協助審查ISO文件並與稽核員溝通。
- 擔任 ISO 系統的內部稽核員並執行內稽核操作。
- 維護和控制和品質系統相關的ISO文件。
4. 直屬主管指派的臨時職責。
Job Requirement
經歷：
一年以上品質相關工作經驗。
專業技能及知識：
掌握品質檢測/檢驗基本知識與流程。
熟練使用測量工具，如卡尺、游標卡尺等。
熟悉ISO 9001相關系統知識者，優先考慮。
