Job Description
1.專案施工規制及整合能力(含工區、工序、工種等)
2.整體施工之專案成本控制及進度管控(加:趕工計畫、工序調整)
3.施工所人員管理
4.負責工地之品質管理、安衛管理,提出並執行改善對策
5.具私人建案、廠辦或科技廠房管理實務
Job Requirement
1.大學以上，土木或建築相關系所
2.10年以上營造現場經驗，且需有完整工案經驗二案以上。
3.需具備工地主任證照，有勞安安證照(甲業、乙安)尤佳。
