Job Description
Introduction

Our clients are mostly Asian/U.S.-based Silicon Valley tech startups from the seed to pre-IPO stages and prominent MNCs in the ICT industry.
What you'll be doing
Design, implement, and manage deployment pipelines for multi-tenant databases and client-specific software instances, ensuring scalability and reliability.
Develop and maintain infrastructure as code (IaC) practices, automating cloud infrastructure provisioning and deployment processes.
Lead initiatives to improve CI/CD workflows, integrating automated testing and deployment strategies to enhance code quality and development speed.
Collaborate closely with development and operations teams to troubleshoot and optimize application performance and infrastructure issues.
Job Requirement
Seasoned DevOps or Infrastructure Engineer with a passion for cloud technologies and automation, boasting at least 5 years of relevant experience.
Proficiency with Terraform and Azure cloud service is a must, and a broad range of DevOps tools and practices, including Kubernetes, Jira, Jenkins, CI/CD, and other cloud services (AWS, GCP) are highly preferred.
A problem-solver who thrives in collaborative environments, capable of communicating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Eager to embrace challenges, continuously learn, and drive innovation in a dynamic startup setting.
Demonstrated expertise in containerization and orchestration to support scalable, secure applications.
A strong background in scripting (Python, Bash) for automation of deployment and operational tasks.
Experience with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana) to ensure high availability and performance of services.
A track record of successful infrastructure projects, showcasing your ability to manage the full lifecycle of a robust, secure cloud environment.
Other Conditions
Minimum 4 hours of working time overlap with Pacific Standard Time/Pacific Daylight-saving Time (GMT-8/GMT-7)
Before starting any project or task, you must discuss the work with the client and then submit a proposal with the estimated hours needed.
