由兩位台灣矽谷工程師於2021 年創立，Worca 致力於打造全球最頂尖的新創人才資訊網。提供國際新創機會讓亞洲人才站上世界舞台。Worca 獨家的人才篩選機制專精於軟體及週邊相關人才媒合，幫助新創快速組建遠距團隊。公司創辦人兼 CEO Steven Lin 在後疫情時代發現矽谷缺工嚴重，因此開創了台灣獨有矽谷工作媒合管道，推銷台灣人才到世界新創舞台。Worca 從名義雇主（EOR) 人資服務和獨家代理矽谷新創職缺到發展邀請制精英人才庫。Worca 已成為台灣獨有的矽谷一站式人資管理平台。
Worca 長期掌握上百個具潛力新創，媒合領域觸及軟體工程師、資料科學家、UIUX設計師、供應鏈經理，職缺包含入門至管理階層都有涉獵過。
