How do I apply for a job?
When you find a job you are interested in, select Apply to submit your resume. HuntByte helps you track progress and arrange the next interview steps, free of charge.
What is recruiter matching, and do I need to use it?
Recruiter matching is an optional HuntByte service. You can match with a recruiter you trust, who can watch for suitable opportunities, submit applications on your behalf, and help communicate with employers about interviews and next steps. It is like having someone familiar with the market support your job search, free of charge.
When you want to use the service, browse the recruiter directory and choose based on each recruiter's public experience, specialties, and reviews. HuntByte can also recommend recruiters based on your skills and experience. The match is complete after both sides agree.
You may continue applying for jobs normally without recruiter matching, and none of your job-search features will be affected.
Does it cost anything to find a job?
No. Resume creation, job applications, and recruiter matching are all free for job seekers. HuntByte will not deduct any fees from your salary after you are hired.
