Job Description
本職位將作為公司財務與會計的核心負責人，在確保日常財會運作穩定的同時，建立可支撐公司規模化成長與未來上市櫃的財務制度與治理架構。此角色需兼具「高度執行力」與「管理與制度設計能力」。
一、財會制度與營運管理（Execution + Governance）
1.負責公司整體會計帳務、財務報表編製與結帳流程（含月 / 季 / 年結）
2.建立並優化內控制度、會計政策與財務流程，確保合規與可擴充性
3.管理外包會計師、記帳士、審計單位與相關顧問（含稅務、法遵）
二、財務規劃與經營支援（Business Partner）
1.編制年度預算、財務預測與現金流管理
2.提供經營層即時且具洞察力的財務分析，支援策略決策
3.協助業務與產品團隊理解成本結構、毛利分析與營運指標
三、資本市場與投資人對接（IPO Readiness）
1.具備上市櫃公司或 IPO 前後相關經驗，能提前規劃財會與內控架構
2.協助投資人資料準備、Due Diligence 與董事會相關財務文件
3.熟悉台灣上市櫃規範（IFRS、內控內稽內審流程為加分）
四、團隊與跨部門協作
1.視公司成長階段，逐步建立與帶領財會團隊
2.與 CEO、營運、法務、人資等部門高度協作，成為可信賴的財務夥伴
Job Requirement
1.會計、財務、商學相關科系畢業
2.約 10–15 年 財會相關經驗
3.曾任職於 上市櫃公司或準上市公司，熟悉制度化財會運作
4.具備實際「自己下場做」的能力，而非僅策略或監督角色
5.對新創或成長型科技公司環境具高度適應力
加分條件
1.曾參與 IPO、併購、募資或大型制度轉型專案
2.熟悉 SaaS、AI、軟體或科技產業的財務模型
3.具 CPA、會計師或相關專業證照者佳
