Commission
Job Description
1. NAND flash IO circuits design.
2. Apply basic analog circuit design concepts involving LDO, DCDC, BANDGAP, Voltage Detector, PLL, ADC, etc.
3. Assist in failure sample analysis and IC measurements.
Job Requirement
1. Familiarity with DRAM or high-speed IO circuit design.
2. Proficiency in Hspice and Matlab.
3. Preferable experience in CTLE, DFE, FFE design.
4. Skills in PLL and analog circuit design.
5. Knowledge or experience in mass production is advantageous.
