Job Description

1. Evaluate and process loan applications, conducting thorough credit and financial analyses.
2. Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored loan solutions.
3. Ensure compliance with lending policies, regulations, and internal procedures.
4. Collaborate with underwriters and other financial professionals to facilitate loan approvals.
5. Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the loan application process, addressing any questions or concerns.

Job Requirement

1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Communicable in Mandarin.
2. At least 3 years of experience in lending or financial services.
3. Strong understanding of loan products, underwriting processes, and credit analysis.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients.
5. Proven ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
