Car Sales Representative / Manager (Kuala Lumpur｜ISO IMPEX)

Job Description
● Formulate the company's annual sales plan.
● Implement the company's annual sales plan.
● Conduct KPI performance evaluation for the sales plan.
● Train sales staff.
● Develop marketing strategies to expand the market.
● Manage the purchase, sale, storage, and updates of the company's car network platform.
● Oversee sales collection and ensure timely payment recovery.
● Organize weekly and daily sales meetings.
● Handle vehicle customs clearance.
● Develop marketing systems and workflow processes.
● Conduct monthly inventory checks.
● Provide after-sales service for sold vehicles.
● Evaluate and handle trade-in and recycling of used vehicles.
● Manage sales staff scheduling.
● Maintain customer files for sold vehicles.
● Sign sales and agency contracts in accordance with company standards, ensuring approval from the general manager and financial manager before finalizing deals.
● Oversee vehicle pickup, customs declaration, transportation, and storage.
● Inspect, dispatch, and deliver vehicles, ensuring proper documentation and signatures from both parties.
● Manage vehicle maintenance.
Job Requirement
● Diploma or equivalent education
● Possess professional knowledge of car sales
● Enthusiastic, strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
● Build lasting customer relationships for repeat business and referrals.
● Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with sales processes.
● Achieve or exceed sales targets.
