協助營運主管執行全球C 端推廣與用戶成長計畫。
理想人選需具備實戰經驗與靈活思維,能獨立負責市場活動執行、數據追蹤與
成效分析,並與創意、內容與代理夥伴團隊緊密協作。
主要職責
• 執行用戶增長與留存相關行銷活動(線上推廣、社群互動、CRM)。
• 協助管理與支援代理商的推廣活動、素材溝通與成效回報。
• 追蹤活動數據,分析ROI 與用戶行為並提出優化建議。
• 支援多國市場推廣內容在地化。
• 協助規劃並執行品牌合作、創作者行銷與特別活動。
• 負責用戶數據整理與報告撰寫。
• 須可配合出差。
• 具 2 年以上 C 端行銷、用戶運營或數位平台經驗。
• 熟悉數據分析與行銷報表。
• 英文溝通能力良好,能參與跨國專案協作。
• 積極主動、具問題解決與執行力。

• 有體育站、娛樂或App 行銷經驗。
• 熟悉拉美或非洲市場行銷生態。
• 英文流利;葡語或西語加分。
