Job Description
Formulate short- and long-term investment strategies based on macroeconomic developments and industry trends.
Financial analysis and investment execution.
Leading and coordinating all the activities of the M&A transaction throughout its main stages: deal sourcing, case assessment and valuation, due diligence, deal negotiation, M&A financing, signing, closing, and post-merger integration.
Actively managing relationships between all the parties involved in the transaction: sellers, executives, advisors, auditors, attorneys, responsible employees, venture capitals and PE funds, etc.
Working closely with BUs and BGs for their strategic M&A initiatives.
Engaging in post-investment management for minority shareholdings.

領導和協調併購交易各主要階段的所有活動：交易搜尋、個案評估與估值、盡職調查、交易談判、併購融資、簽署、交割以及併購後整合。
積極管理交易中所有相關方之間的關係：賣方、高階主管、顧問、審計師、律師、負責人、創投與私募股權基金等。
與業務單位（BU）和業務集團（BG）緊密合作，推動其策略併購計畫。
對少數股權進行投資後管理。
Job Requirement
Master's degree in business, finance, accounting or a related field.
Extensive knowledge of the M&A process. 10+ years of working experience in M&A or F&A or Investment.
Fluent, persuasive, and concise English presentation and writing skills.
Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
Shown experience working in a complex, multiple BU and multinational environment, handling various stakeholders. Work collaboratively and lead cross-functional and cross-BU teams.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and take initiative.
商業、金融、會計或相關領域的碩士學位。
精通併購流程，並擁有 10 年以上併購、財務或投資領域的工作經驗。
具備流利、有說服力且簡潔的英語演講與寫作能力。
具備優秀的分析與財務建模能力。
具備在複雜、多事業體及跨國環境中工作的經驗，能有效應對各類利害關係人，並協作與領導跨職能、跨事業單位的團隊。
具備優秀的溝通、簡報與談判技巧。
能夠獨立工作並主動承擔責任。
