Job Description
JOB SUMMARY：
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Packaging and Product Graphics Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating precise artwork for product packaging and other large-scale distribution files.
This role requires strong graphic design skills and a desire to effectively collaborate cross-departmentally with medical supply sourcing agencies, product manufacturers, and internal teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of design assets.

MAIN JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES：
Design and Development:
· Create high-quality, accurate, and QA-approved artwork for product packaging, labels, and other marketing materials
· Develop and maintain a consistent brand identity across all packaging and marketing materials.
· Ensure designs adhere to industry standards, regulations, and supplier specifications.
Collaboration:
· Collaborate closely with medical supply sourcing agencies and product manufacturers to understand artwork specifications and design requirements.
· Work effectively with internal teams, including marketing, quality assurance and regulatory affairs, and product development, to ensure seamless project execution.
· Communicate efficiently with stakeholders to gather feedback and address design concerns.
File Preparation:
· Prepare accurate and complete artwork files for various production processes, including printing, labeling, and digital distribution.
· Maintain organized and well-documented design files
Quality Assurance:
· Conduct thorough quality checks alongside the Director of Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
· Troubleshoot and resolve design issues promptly.

· 與內部團隊有效合作，包括市場營銷、質量保證和法規事務以及産品開發，以確保項目的無縫執行。
· 與利益相關者高效溝通，收集反饋並解決設計問題。

質量保證：

Job Requirement
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:
· Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication or related fields.
· 1-3 years of experience in graphic design, with experience in product packaging design preferred. Experience working with medical or healthcare industry is a plus.
· Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and InDesign is preferred.
· Understanding of packaging regulations and compliance standards.
· Strong understanding of print production processes and file formatting.
· Capable of using AI drawing tools such as Midjourney is a plus.
· Good basic communication ability in English, able to read and understand English design materials and communicate in basic English.
· Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
· Strong organizational and time management, solid communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Ability to think critically and find creative solutions to design challenges.
· Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
