Job Description

1. 設計與領導 AWS / GCP / Azure 平台的運營策略，確保系統穩定性與高可用性，並執行 CI/CD 自動化作業流程。
2. 帶領團隊 部署和維護核心服務，如 Docker 和 Kubernetes，確保平台能夠快速擴展和持續運行。
3. 監控與分析系統 整合系統日誌（如 ELK）與數據監控工具（如 Grafana），並優化預警機制。
4. 建立預防措施 及早識別系統瓶頸與潛在風險，快速響應並領導團隊解決問題，確保服務正常運行。
5. 集群架構管理：具備 MS SQL、MySQL、NoSQL 集群架構建置及維護經驗，持續提升系統效能與可靠性。
6. 跨部門合作：與開發、架構、以及業務部門緊密協作，提升系統運維流程及產品交付品質。
7. SRE 團隊管理：負責團隊招募、培訓、和技術指導，推動最佳實踐和文化，確保團隊在高壓下保持高效運作。

Job Requirement

1. 5年以上 SRE 或 DevOps 相關經驗，具備大規模系統運維及平台管理經驗。
2. 熟悉 雲端平台運維（AWS, GCP, Azure），具備 CI/CD 自動化操作實務經驗。
3. 深入了解 容器技術（Docker, Kubernetes），並具備大規模部署和運營經驗。
4. 熟悉 日誌監控 和 數據分析工具（如 ELK、Grafana）整合與運用。
5. 擁有 MS SQL、MySQL、NoSQL 集群維護 與 故障排除 的實務經驗。
6. 具備 團隊領導力 和跨部門溝通能力，能引導團隊實現系統穩定和效能優化。
