Commission
Job Description
• 完整的硬體支援工作訂單和數據中心，包括裝置標籤，電源與網路連線認證，故障排除與故障修復。
• 完整的文件記錄和保留實務來維護資產管理和合規性
• 提供有關數據中心服務可用性、效能和容量利用率的狀態報告。
• 熟悉伺服器和網路硬體/組件，資料中心基礎設施管理相關工具。
• 根據需要協調設備/材料的接收、發送和處理支持
• 根據需要執行值班任務。 需要時需出差到現場服務支援或部署。
Job Requirement
• 文憑或學士學位以及至少 1 年 IT 支援經驗或 3 年以上相關電腦工作經驗。
• 高超的溝通技巧。
• 基本網路、伺服器和作業系統知識。
