Job Description
1. 陪同業務拜訪客戶，提供客戶各種有關雲端技術專業知識，並提出適合的解決方案與相關服務架構以滿足客戶的商業需求。
2. 協助業務爭取客戶訂單，POC&Demo策略擬定及資源協調(POC&Demo驗證報告製作)
3. 產品技術線上諮詢及回覆
4. 跟進最新的雲端服務與產品,了解雲端技術與各產業需求趨勢。
5. 必要時擔任內部員工教育訓練講師
6. 雲端服務研究與功能測試
7. 瞭解客戶的用戶體驗以及反饋,定期和團隊討論並作出優化
Job Requirement
1. 至少一種對雲端服務,網路體系結構和服務(包括雲端存儲,資料庫或高可用性雲端架構解決方案)
有深入的了解(AWS/Azure/GCP/阿里雲)
2. 至少一種對資料庫引擎的使用經驗(MySQL/SQLServer/PostgreSQL/Oracle)
3. 熟悉雲端計費方式
4. 有一年Linux管理或AWS、阿里雲經驗
5. DNS,DHCP,SSL,OSI模型和TCP/IP的訊息概念
