Job Description
1. 遊戲研發管理
(1) 負責遊戲產品的完整研發流程，從需求發起、交互設計、開發跟進到最終測試驗收。
(2) 制定遊戲的特色、功能與機制，並撰寫詳細的規格書與測試文檔。
(3) 管理研發團隊，協調跨部門合作，確保項目按時高效完成。
(4) 主導遊戲的數值模型設計，進行遊戲平衡性與關卡設計的持續優化。
(5) 管理產品功能開發優先順序，並持續優化流程，提高研發效率。
2. 市場與競品分析
(1) 觀察市場趨勢，進行市場生態調查與競品分析，能夠洞察遊戲行業的最新玩法和用戶體驗需求。
(2) 對遊戲產品提出創新提案，並能靈活運用數值設計來提升遊戲的可玩性與市場競爭力。
3. 企劃與運營
(1) 撰寫遊戲企劃書，規劃並執行遊戲產品的活動，並進行成效追蹤。
(2) 參與遊戲產品的國際化進程，協助遊戲多國語言的本地化業務。
(3) 負責營運數據分析，根據數據調整遊戲設計，優化公式設定與遊戲體驗。
4. 問題解決與優化
(1) 處理遊戲測試過程中的問題與Bug，並根據反饋優化舊功能模塊。
(2) 對遊戲的整體流程設計進行分析與優化，確保產品符合市場需求並持續改善用戶體驗。
Game Development Management
1. Oversee the entire game development process, from requirement gathering, interaction design, development tracking, to final testing and acceptance.
2. Define game features, functions, and mechanics, and write detailed specifications and testing documents.
3. Manage the development team, coordinate cross-department collaboration, and ensure projects are completed on time and efficiently.
4. Lead the design of the game’s numerical models, continuously optimizing game balance and level design.
5. Prioritize product feature development and streamline processes to improve development efficiency.
Market and Competitor Analysis
1. Monitor market trends, conduct market research, and analyze competitors to stay ahead of the latest gameplay innovations and user experience needs in the gaming industry.
2. Propose innovative ideas for game products and use numerical design to enhance gameplay and market competitiveness.
Planning and Operations
1. Draft game planning documents, design and execute in-game events, and track their effectiveness.
2. Participate in the game's international expansion and assist with multi-language localization.
3. Handle operational data analysis, adjust game designs based on the data, and optimize formulas and user experience.
Problem Solving and Optimization
1. Address issues and bugs identified during the game testing phase and optimize existing features based on feedback.
2. Analyze and refine the overall game design process to ensure the product meets market demands and consistently improves the user experience.
Job Requirement
1. 至少 3 年以上遊戲策劃或製作人經驗，曾主導過一個大型專案並參與一年以上的營運管理。
2. 熟悉老虎機或棋牌等遊戲的開發流程者尤佳。
3. 擁有從零開始的完整產品開發經驗，能夠獨立完成從需求調查、方案設計到開發跟進的全流程。
4. 熟練使用 Excel、Axure、Sketch、XMind、Visio、Office 等工具，具備撰寫高品質產品需求文檔（PRD）的能力。
5. 擁有較強的美術審美能力，熟悉 UI/UX 設計，具備基本的遊戲開發邏輯思維。
Requirements:
1. At least 3+ years of experience in game planning or production, with experience leading a large-scale project and managing operations for over a year.
2. Familiarity with the development process of slot machines or card games is a plus.
3. Experience in full-cycle product development from scratch, capable of independently handling the entire process from requirement gathering to development follow-up.
4. Proficient in tools like Excel, Axure, Sketch, XMind, Visio, and Office, with the ability to write high-quality product requirement documents (PRD).
5. Strong artistic judgment, familiarity with UI/UX design, and basic game development logic.

Bonus Qualifications:
1. Independent thinker with critical thinking skills, capable of providing innovative and concrete improvement suggestions for game design.
2. Experience in slot machine or casino game development, or experience in developing a variety of game types, is highly preferred.
3. Strong industry insight, with experience in AI or numerical design being a significant advantage.
