技術支持工程師 Field Application Engineer
Job Description
• 掌握公司激光焊接檢測設備的原理和產品功能;
• 掌握產品的現場安裝流程，包括DOE驗證、設備交付等; • 及時處理客戶問題，不斷完善技術服務;
• 樹立公司品牌形象，提升項目執行效率和客戶滿意度;
• 派駐至客戶一線現場工作。
• Fully grasp the on-site installation process of the equipment, including DOE verification, equipment delivery, and other links.
• Timely handle customer issues and continuously improve technical services.
• Establish brand image, improve project execution efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Dispatched to customer's factory site.
Job Requirement
• 具備中文+英文語言能力，能夠通過口頭對話、書面文字進行溝通;
• 理工科專業，本科及以上學歷;
• 有技術支持工作經驗優先;
• 工作踏實，有責任心，善於溝通，有較強的學習能力;
• 未來可能負責印度國內的其他項目，需要接受一定的出差和地域靈活性。
• Capable of both Chinese and English language proficiency, able to communicate through oral dialogue and documents.
• Major in Science or Engineering, bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Priority given to those with experience in technical support.
• Working diligently, have a sense of responsibility, be good at communication, and have a strong learning ability.
• May be in charge of other projects within India in the future and will need to accept certain business trips.
Other Conditions
1. 入職後到中國廣州參加為期1個月以上的技術培訓，之後返回印度工作
2. 簽訂1年，試用期4個月
3. 工作時間：周一到周五，8:30-12:00/13:30-18:30，8.5小時/天。工作日晚上和周末可能會有加班，按照考勤規則支付加班費。工作日19:00後計算加班，周末加班時間=打卡時間扣減12:00-13:30之間的1.5小時。
1. After joining, you will attend a series of technical courses in Guangzhou China for at least one month, and then return to work in India.
2. Labor Contract: 1 years with a probation period of 4 months.
3. Work Attendance:
Monday to Friday, 8:30-12:00/13:30-18:30, 8.5 hours per day.
Overtime may be required on weekday evenings or weekends, paid according to attendance rules.
Overtime will be calculated after 19:00 on weekdays, and weekend overtime calculated by deducting 1.5 hours between 12:00-13:30 from clock in time.

Additional Salary Information
1.幣別為印度盧比(INR) 2. 月薪:固定工資100,000~150,000盧比+績效獎金 (1基於面試評估定薪;2每月績效系數0~50%;3比如月薪150,000盧比，績 效獎金為0~75,000盧比，月薪合計在150,000-225,000盧比之間浮動) 3. 年終獎1個月，支付法律規定的加班費 4. 年薪範圍在130萬~300萬盧比以上 1. Compensation Package: Fixed salary of 100,000~150,000 INR + Performance bonus per month ① Fixed salary based on interview evaluation. ② Monthly performance coefficient of 0~50%. ③ For example, if the fixed salary is 150,000 INR, the performance bonus is 0~75,000 INR, and the total monthly salary fluctuates between 150,000~225,000 INR）. 2. Year-end bonus of one month. 3. Payment of overtime pay as stipulated by law. 4. Overall, the annual salary range is over 1,300,000~3,000,000 INR.
