Job Description

1.統籌產品整機製造品質管制工作，包括但不限於主導風險識別、評估、解決，試產問題點的跟蹤驗證，各環節質量數據的統計和分析，確保准入和准出品質目標的達成
2.推動新產品設計轉產/導入量產時，試產問題及研發問題關閉，確保產品工藝穩定和品質性能滿足要求
3.主導新產品製造品質標準的制定，並根據市場回饋優化檢驗方法，流程和准出標準

Job Requirement

1.大學以上學歷，5年及以上生產品質管制相關工作經驗，手機或IOT行業工作經驗優先
2.具備結構，電子，顯示，成品品質管制經驗
3.良好的溝通和組織協調能力，具備專案團隊管理能力，做事細心，認真，能適應短期出差
