The HR Business Partner will play a critical role in aligning HR strategies and initiatives with the overall business objectives of the company. As a strategic partner to business leaders and managers, the HR Business Partner provides consultative guidance, support, and expertise in all areas of HR to drive organizational effectiveness, talent management, and employee engagement across the global footprint for us. This role is closely collaborating with other HR functions (HR Ops, CoEs).
1.Minimum 2 full years of HRBP experience within the HR three-pillar model (HRBP, COE, SSC), with a proven track record in stakeholder management and strategic partnership in a business-facing role.
2.Additional 8+ years of full-function HR experience.
3.Experience in multinational companies preferred.
4.Familiar with Taiwan Labor Standards Act.
5.Strong experience in organizational restructuring is highly valued.
