Public Relations Manager 公關經理（台北，台灣） Strattonshire Ventures
Job Description
工作內容：
● 制定並執行針對國際市場的公關策略計畫，提升品牌能見度與媒體曝光度。
● 建立並維繫與媒體的良好合作關係，涵蓋馬來西亞、美國與台灣等市場。
● 處理媒體詢問、安排訪談與新聞採訪機會，協助公司及高層管理團隊曝光。
● 每日主動向媒體提案，提高媒體報導機會（earned media）。
● 積極經營與媒體記者的關係，建立穩定合作。
● 每日與每週與美國與台灣的公關代理商進行會議與溝通。
● 主動接觸並評估合適的 KOL 與意見領袖，規劃合作專案。
● 與行銷團隊合作，共同策劃品牌活動、社群貼文與部落格內容。
● 撰寫並發送新聞稿、專題文章與故事提案，與品牌定位保持一致。
● 監控全球媒體曝光與新聞動態，定期追蹤專案效益，並提供季報與深度洞察。
● 在品牌遇到危機時，能主導危機處理與聲譽管理策略。
● 積極尋找具新聞價值的議題，主動向媒體提案以促進正面品牌形象。
● Develop and execute a strategic PR plan tailored for international markets, enhancing brand visibility and media presence.
● Build and maintain strong relationships with media publications across MY USA TW
● Manage media inquiries, interview coordination, and press opportunities for the
company and its leadership.
● Daily strategic pitching to news media publications for earned media
● Consistent Relationship Building with press
● Daily and weekly checkins with USA & Taiwan PR agencies.
● Constant communication and sourcing of relevant influencers to work with
● Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling content for blogs, social media, and brand campaigns.
● Craft and distribute press releases, articles, and story pitches that align with brand
positioning.
● Monitor global media coverage, track campaign performance, and provide quarterly PR reports with insights.
● Lead crisis communication and reputation management strategies when necessary.
● Actively pitch newsworthy stories to secure media coverage and drive positive brand narratives worldwide.
Job Requirement
任職資格：
● 擁有大學學士學位，或具備大眾傳播、公關、新聞、或相關領域之研究所文憑／專業證書。
● 至少 7–10 年以上公關工作經驗，具備企業、公關、科技或生活風格品牌操作經驗者尤佳。
● 中英文流利，具備與華語客戶溝通之能力。
● 表達能力強，具備優秀的書面與口語溝通技巧。
● 擅長專案管理與多工處理，具備良好組織能力。
● 深入了解媒體生態圈，並與媒體記者、KOL 擁有良好關係。
● 熟悉數位公關策略與社群操作。
● 熟練運用公關工具、媒體監測系統與績效評估指標。
● Bachelor’s Degree, Post-Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Mass Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related fields.
● Minimum 7-10 years of Public Relations experience, with a strong track record in corporate, technology or lifestyle brands.
● Must be able to speak Mandarin and fluent in English. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
● Confident communicator with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and project management capabilities.
● In-depth understanding of the media landscape and established relationships with
press and influencers.
● Experienced in digital PR and social media strategies.
● Familiar with PR tools, media monitoring platforms, and performance metrics.
