Job Description
1. 遊戲設計
(1) 設定遊戲的核心表現特點、玩法與規則，確保遊戲符合市場需求與玩家喜好。
(2) 規劃遊戲的整體體驗流程，並撰寫詳細的規格文件。
(3) 主導遊戲機制設計討論，分析遊戲特性與規則，進行數值設定與調整，以改善玩家體驗。
(4) 熟悉 老虎機等遊戲類型。
2. 遊戲數值計算
(1) 精通排列組合、機率理論、馬可夫鏈等數學工具，建構遊戲的數學模型與機率系統。
(2) 使用 Excel (或其他工具) 製作數學模型，並以 C++ 或 Python (或其他語言) 撰寫演算法，生成統計分析所需的樣本資料。
(3) 驗證遊戲演算法與數學模型的正確性，確保遊戲回饋平衡與公平性。
(4) 針對 老虎機等特定機制 (如 Line Game、All Ways Game、MegaWays 等 - 以老虎機舉例) 製作機率模型。
3. 遊戲數據分析與優化
(1) 整理遊戲數據並撰寫業務統計報告，提供深入的數據分析與市場趨勢研究。
(2) 透過數學機率方法調整遊戲回饋機制與張力，協助優化整體遊戲體驗。
(3) 與其他專業人員協同合作，進行產品優化與持續改善。
4. 市場調研與競品分析
(1) 觀察市場生態與競品動態，進行市場趨勢調研，蒐集並分析玩家體驗與反饋。
(2) 提出具洞見的市場分析報告，為遊戲優化與新產品設計提供建議。
Game Design
1. Define the core characteristics, gameplay, and rules of the game to ensure it aligns with market demands and player preferences.
2. Plan the overall game experience and draft detailed specification documents.
3. Lead discussions on game mechanics, analyze game features and rules, and adjust numerical settings to enhance player experience.
4. Be familiar with slot machines and similar game types.
Game Probability Calculation
1. Master mathematical tools such as combinatorics, probability theory, and Markov chains to build mathematical models and probability systems for the game.
2. Use Excel (or other tools) to create mathematical models, and develop algorithms in C++ or Python (or other languages) to generate sample data for statistical analysis.
3. Verify the accuracy of game algorithms and mathematical models to ensure balanced and fair game feedback.
4. Develop probability models for specific mechanisms in games like slot machines (e.g., Line Games, All Ways Games, MegaWays).
Game Data Analysis and Optimization
1. Organize game data and prepare business reports, providing in-depth data analysis and market trend research.
2. Use probability-based mathematical methods to adjust game reward systems and tension, optimizing the overall game experience.
3. Collaborate with other professionals to optimize and continuously improve the product.
Market Research and Competitor Analysis
1. Monitor market ecosystems and competitor trends, conduct market research, and gather and analyze player feedback.
2. Provide insightful market analysis reports to guide game optimization and new product design.
Job Requirement
1. 學歷要求：大學以上學歷，數理統計、應用數學、經濟學或相關科系。
2. 技能要求
(1) 熟練使用 Excel、VBA、C++、Matlab、JAVA、Python 等工具進行數學建模與演算法開發。
(2) 擁有數學與統計背景，熟悉機率理論、馬可夫鏈及相關數學工具。
(3) 擅長數據分析，邏輯思維清晰，具備良好的溝通能力，能快速做出精確判斷。
3. 經驗要求
(1) 至少 2 年以上遊戲機率模型設計經驗，具老虎機遊戲機率計算經驗者優先。
(2) 具備遊戲數學模型開發與模擬程式撰寫的經驗，熟悉老虎機遊戲者佳。
Job Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in statistics, applied mathematics, economics, or related fields.
Skills Requirements:
1. Proficient in using Excel, VBA, C++, Matlab, JAVA, Python, and other tools for mathematical modeling and algorithm development.
2. Strong background in mathematics and statistics, with expertise in probability theory, Markov chains, and related mathematical tools.
3. Excellent data analysis skills, clear logical thinking, and strong communication abilities, with the capability to make accurate decisions quickly.
Experience Requirements:
1. At least 2+ years of experience in designing game probability models, with priority given to candidates with experience in slot machine probability calculations.
2. Experience in developing game mathematical models and writing simulation programs, with familiarity in slot machine games being a plus.

Additional Qualifications:
1. Strong interest in the slot machine game industry, with the ability to independently analyze game data.
2. Self-motivated, capable of completing tasks independently, and a team player.
3. Candidates with experience in the Southeast Asian market and designing various game types will be given priority.
